Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only (minus the return shipping fees) up to 7 days after receipt of product. Items must be in their original and unused condition and in their original packaging. Before returning, please contact me for specific instructions. Items returned without these instructions will not be accepted. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

To avoid returns, please read description of items carefully. And review all provided photos. I do my best to describe each item in detail, including the weight of earrings, and the length of necklace chains and earrings.

Custom orders and sale items are nonrefundable.

All work is shipped within 3-5 days of purchase via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. Please allow up to 3 weeks for custom or made to order items from date of ordering to shipment. The buyer assumes all responsibilities if the package is lost or stolen during transit.
